AUDITION INFORMATION – May 2024 Concert: “The Envelope Please…”
ENSEMBLE and MEN’S/WOMEN’S PIECES

Auditions will be held at the times noted below. Please also note rehearsal times, and do not audition if you know you are not available.

SCS ENSEMBLE AUDITIONS: Thursday March 7 at 6:15 pm

Same small group will sing both songs Prepare these sections:

• I Need to Wake Up, m. 10 – 22
• City of Stars, m. 21 – 35 (hold “look”)

CALL-BACKS (if needed) Thursday March 14 at 6:40 pm
The SCS ENSEMBLE will rehearse from 6:25-6:55 pm on most Thursdays, beginning March 21.

WOMEN’S AUDITIONS: Thursday March 14, 6:00 – 6:20 pm

Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy – Trio Prepare m. 56-72

Men’s and Women’s Ensembles will rehearse from 6:00 – 6:25 pm, alternating Thursdays, beginning March 21 – and may need to work on your own, outside of Thursday rehearsals.

MEN’S AUDITIONS: Thursday March 14, 6:20 – 6:40 pm

Be Our Guest – Barbershop Quartet Prepare m. 22-33 (downbeat)

Men’s and Women’s Ensembles will rehearse from 6:00 – 6:25 pm, alternating Thursdays, beginning March 21 – and may need to work on your own, outside of Thursday rehearsals.
